La Riviera is a primarily residential community located just east of Watt Avenue between the American River and Highway 50. Many families and young professionals live in the La Riviera and enjoy the easy access to the American River Parkway and Larchmont Park. The public schools in La Riviera are above average. The residents here have multiple access points to the American River Parkway, including a nice boat ramp at the Watt Avenue Access of off La Riviera Drive.
